Engineering Projects Ready to Bid
The complete packages for Engineering Projects can be obtained from our Plan Room. Creating a free personal account will be required for first time Visitors.
Prospective bidders on Engineering Projects must be pre-qualified to submit a bid. Engineering Department is responsible for the pre-qualification process. Contractors wanting to pre-qualify to bid projects as a General Contractor must do so two weeks (ten business days) prior to the bid opening date.

Demolition, removal and disposal of the forty-two year old, one million gallon, steel elevated water storage tank and all appurtenances located at 401 North McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater.
A complete bidders package containing plans, specifications, bond forms, contract form, affidavits and proposal form is available to the general public (Contractors, Sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors, etc.) for review and purchase. However, sealed proposals will only be accepted from those Contractors that are currently City pre-qualified Contractors in the construction category of Demolition, with specific experience in elevated tank removal within the past four years with a minimum pre-qualification amount of $200,000. Please submit example of tank demolition experience to City Of Clearwater, Engineering Department, Attention: Tara Kivett, Project Manager by March 4, 2010.
