The complete packages for Engineering Projects can be obtained from our Plan Room. Creating a free personal account will be required for first time Visitors.
Prospective bidders on Engineering Projects must be pre-qualified to submit a bid. Public Services Department is responsible for the pre-qualification process. Contractors wanting to pre-qualify to bid projects as a General Contractor must do so two weeks (ten business days) prior to the bid opening date.

Construction to improve the drainage of Channel F from Old Coachman Road to approximately 1500 feet upstream and a small section of channel near Beville Road. The major work consists of: realigning approximately 850 feet of the channel to the historical flow path within the City’s public utility easement; reinforcing and stabilizing the channel through the installation of approximately 1500 linear feet of gabion structures; reinforcing and stabilizing the channel near Beville Road through the installation of approximately 280 linear feet of gabion structures; replacing the existing culverts under Old Coachman Rd and Wetherington Rd.; reconstructing and paving the disturbed areas of Old Coachman Rd and Wetherington Rd.; removing a culvert, 150 feet downstream from Wetherington RdA complete bidder’s package containing plans, specifications, bond forms, contract form, affidavits and proposal form is available only to City pre-qualified contractors in the construction category of EXCAVATION/SITEWORK/CHANNEL STABILIZATION/STORMWATER FACILITIES with a minimum pre-qualification amount of $2,500,000.00..
