Raptors of a Different Sort

Description:  Raptors of a Different Sort - Paul Cutlip. Paul grew up on the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary in SW FL which his dad managed for the National Audubon Society. He attended FSU and Texas A&M Univ. and is currently Professor of Geoscience at St. Petersburg College. He'll be speaking on the relationship between birds and dinosaurs and the nature of the extinction that ended the age of the dinosaurs.

Electronic Waste Disposal Event

Description:  Don’t know what to do with your old TV? Bring it to the city of Clearwater’s monthly Electronics Collection Day. Clearwater residents with proof of residency (a utility bill) may bring unwanted electronics to the recycling drop-off center for free disposal. Hazardous electronics accepted include TVs, monitors, laptops, power supplies, CPUs, cell phones and other devices with rechargeable batteries.
