cornONE BAY, ONE BOOK - October 22, 1:30 p.m. What if everybody in the community read the same book? That is the goal with this year's discussion of The Right Stuff by Tom Wolfe, listed as one of the top 100 nonfiction books of the century. This community-wide book discussion will be hosted at several Pinellas Public Library Cooperative libraries in October and will culminate at Eckerd College's annual Festival of Reading on November 2. Copies of the book are available at any CPLS library. Clearwater East Library

TEEN READ WEEK: SLAMMIN @ YOUR LIBRARY - The Library and Barnes & Noble Booksellers present a series of teen poetry programs to celebrate Teen Read Week. Call (727) 462-6800, extension 242 for more information. Open to teens only!
