collection - Cornell University
collection
One of the largest repositories of digitized texts on the web, consisting of
books and journal articles published between 1850 and 1877. All primary source
materials have been digitized and are searchable by full-text. University of
Michigan has 8,500 books and 50,000 journal articles. Cornell University has
270 books and 100,000 journal articles.

Provides information and educational materials and programs focusing on the historical
contriubtions of women. Includes a list of links
to many web sites focusing on Women's History, including the Women's
Rights Movement, Math
and Science, Sports,
and World History.

includes entries for articles from local newspapers, including the Clearwater Sun, the
St. Petersburg Times, the St. Petersburg Evening Independent, the Tampa Tribune,
the Tarpon Springs Leader, and the Largo Leader. Also included are entries for
postcards, scrapbooks, maps, letters, photographs, pamphlets, posters and manuscripts.
These materials deal with the history of the Tampa Bay area. Each Online
Library entry includes the title of the article or resource, original source,
library location, and the name of the library where the item can be found.
