• Press 1 For BCP Permits, Press 2 for SGN Permits
• Enter the permit number (without the hyphen) then press # (Example: 200112345#)
• Press # to confirm the permit number
• Press 1 to get inspection results
• Press 2 to schedule an inspection
• Press 3 to cancel and inspection
• Press 7 for a new permit #
• Enter your full phone number, then press #
• Press # to confirm your phone number
• Enter the 3-digit inspection code, then press #
• Press * to enter another inspection code
• Press 1, 2, or 3 for the date of the inspection
• Press # to confirm the inspection
