CAN - Clearwater Awards for Neighborhoods

The City of Clearwater wants its residents to be involved! Involved in their neighborhoods, involved in city events, involved in government processes, and involved in growing families and communities in unique and positive ways! The Clearwater Awards for Neighborhoods program is designed to get Clearwater neighbors excited about thinking of creative ways to achieve all of these objectives! Do you remember what it feels like to work as a team and win? Imagine a large group of your neighbors going on stage to accept an award for something you all won together! In fact, many neighborhoods are already implementing winning programs for which, until now, you have not been recognized! Now, not only do you win, you get money to fund more creative projects for the next year, and more beautification projects in your neighborhood. You will turn negative meetings to positive, increase your active association membership, promote family and neighborhood values, and increase your interaction with city staff and officials.
