SCORE - Service Corps of Retired Executives
SCORE is a volunteer counseling organization associated with the U.S. Small Business Administration. SCORE offers free counseling for small business.

SBDC - Small Business Development Center
The University of South Florida's SBDC offers one-on-one counseling to existing small-business owners as well as prospective entrepreneurs. SBDC offers workshops and seminars that are taught by industry experts. SBDC offers professional counselors who provide their services either free of charge or for a nominal fee.

U.S. Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center
Assists exporters in reaching new markets through its worldwide network of offices in 130 countries. Suncoast Venture Forum (SCVF)
Capital formation assistance to companies. The SCVF brings together investors with select investment opportunities. Entrepreneurs present their business concepts to a large group of private and institutional investors at one of four dinner meetings. The SCVF is managed by the OCD at USF.
