The University of South Florida's SBDC offers one-on-one counseling to

Suncoast Venture Forum (SCVF)
Capital formation assistance to companies. The SCVF brings together
investors with select investment opportunities. Entrepreneurs present
their business concepts to a large group of private and institutional
investors at one of four dinner meetings. The SCVF is managed by the OCD
