The marina is part of the new Cleveland Street District which is Downtown Clearwater’s new retail and entertainment district.

The nearby Capitol Theatre has a schedule that is full of classic movie shows as well as live music and theatre productions.

Don't miss the weekly Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 9AM - 2PM.

Blast Friday which is held the last Friday of every month from 5:30pm-10pm. This FREE family-friendly event includes live performances and will feature a variety of vendors with downtown restaurants that will be open for business with outdoor dining available on Cleveland Street.
