Track And Field

Track is a combination of team and individual sport. Together as a team you earn points while individually facing competition in your field. Track offers a variety of events from long and short distance running to high jump, long jump, discus and more. Just because running isn’t your forte doesn't mean that track isn’t for you, get out and try all the events that track has to offer.
