Shifting Gears: Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan

The City of Clearwater developed a comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan to further improve our bicycling and walking environment. The Plan incorporated and expanded the existing Bikeways and Trails Plan(1997). This plan includes community participation, analysis of existing conditions and recommendations for improvement.
