The Comprehensive Plan is a compilation of the City's goals, objectives and policies for the future of our city. The Plan addresses these goals by subject area including: Future Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Utilities, Coastal Management, Conservation, Recreation and Open Space, Intergovernmental Coordination, and Capital Improvements.
