Contractors may apply for the following permits online:
Electrical - Burglar alarms, upgrading of electrical service, change panel box, add outlets or circuits, upgrade or install arc fault/GFI device and temporary power poles provided the job value is $2500 or less.
Plumbing - Irrigation system and water heater change-out provided the job value is less than $2500.
Mechanical - A/C change-out provided job value is less than $7500.
Tree Removal - Tree Removal permits not associated with construction permits.
