Building Plan Review Committee

The purpose of the Building Plan Review Committee (BPRC) is to provide an informal pre-application meeting where potential projects can be presented and reviewed by staff from various departments involved in the development review and permitting processes (Planning and Development, Engineering, Fire, Public Utilities, Solid Waste, Parks and Recreation and Economic Development.). The committee will review both conceptual and detailed plans and will provide feedback and guidance based on the materials presented at the meeting.

The BPRC meets each Wednesday, excluding holidays at 9:30 a.m. in the Planning and Development Department located in Suite 210 of the Clearwater Municipal Service Building, 100 S. Myrtle Avenue. To schedule an appointment with the BPRC, please call 562-4567,ext. 2569.
