How to locate DRC-related documents:
- Visit the Clearwater Public Records page here.
- Click on OFFICIAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS SEARCH (Laserfiche System) found on the middle of the screen in dark blue.
- Next, click OFFICIAL RECORDS, the third option found on the middle of the screen.
- Next, click AGENDAS (second option on the menu list).
- Lastly, click AGENCIES AND ADVISTORY BOARDS, then click UPCOMING OR MOST RECENT MEETING AGENDAS OR ACTION AGENDAS to view the Development Review Committee’s entries.
How to locate CDB-related documents:
- Visit the Clearwater Public Records page here.
- Click on OFFICIAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS SEARCH (Laserfiche System) found on the middle of the screen in dark blue.
- Next, click OFFICIAL RECORDS, the second option found on the middle of the screen.
- Next, click AGENDAS (second option on the menu list).
- Next, click COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD.
- Lastly, select the applicable year.
