Business Beautification Recognition Program
The Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Clearwater
recognize the uniqueness of Clearwater's many businesses and those that
maintain or have made significant improvements to their property, which
enhances the community.

Lincourt Building
501 South Lincoln Ave.
The Lincourt Building at 501 South Lincoln Ave. is located just east of Missouri Avenue. This newly renovated building is a work of art in architecture. The building has been completely redone to include a new stucco exterior, new columns, windows, exterior tile enhancements, decorative lighting and new paint. The outdoor lighting provides a dramatic look for the buildings at night, along with a new sign on the front of the building. The owners of the Lincourt Building invested more than $750,000 into their project to help maintain this anchor building to be one of the cornerstones in the Clearwater Community. |

Great Florida Insurance
Just West of Highland Avenue on Gulf to Bay Blvd.
Great Florida Insurance is located just west of Highland Avenue on Gulf to Bay Blvd. These offices include eye-catching landscaping all around the building with Florida friendly plants and bushes located by the front entrance of the building. The offices have been painted inside and out, and have newly installed wooden beams that accent the vaulted ceilings inside of the building. This business is one of the anchor establishments in the gateway area.

The environmental organization has a well-maintained property and landscaping, featuring a large stone garden, a lush, park-like setting and natural stone walkway. As an anchor tenant in Clearwater’s community redevelopment district, Indoor Environmental Technologies is among those businesses that help establish the standard for business redevelopment in the area. |

Summer Business Beautification
TMJ Enterprises is located just south of Lakeview Road on Missouri Avenue. This new business is a car dealership that has curb-appeal with landscaping, outdoor lighting that provides a dramatic look for the buildings at night, and a newly installed sign. The buildings and garage have been completely renovated and have a fresh coat of paint. The owner of TMJ Enterprises worked closely with the City of Clearwater’s Planning Department to make this project a success. |

Achieva Credit Union
Achieva Credit Union, 1499 Gulf to Bay, is located
in Clearwater's East Gateway neighborhood, a key entrance
to downtown and an important part of Clearwater’s redevelopment
efforts. The financial organization has enhanced its site with
new landscaping, a deep well sprinkler system, wrought iron
fencing and night lighting. The entire building has been remodeled
with new offices, meeting rooms, and a kitchen. This business
is an excellent example for other East Gateway properties to
follow. |

Delphi Academy
Delphi Academy located at 1831 Drew Street, is
just east of Keene Road. Delphi Academy of Florida is a preschool
through 9th grade academy in the Delphi Schools Network. They
have taken many steps in improving their property. The academy
has installed a new aluminum fence around the property to include
new landscaping and a deep well sprinkler system, painted all
of the buildings, and installed play turf for one of the recreation
areas. |

The offices of Michael and Pamela Adams D.D.S, M.S., P.A.
The offices of Michael and Pamela Adams are located
just north of Cleveland Street on Missouri Avenue. The new offices
include eye-catching landscaping all around the building to include
a butterfly garden that is viewable from every window, they painted
the office inside and out, and installed new signage in front
of the building. |

Bellissima Salon & Spa
Bellissima Salon & Spa is located at 101 North
Ft. Harrison Avenue, just south of Drew Street in Downtown Clearwater.
They have installed new porcelain tile flooring, custom furnishings,
interior construction and remodeling, custom décor painting
inside & outside
the building as well as new sign. The owners sponsor programs
dealing with literacy, drug addiction, rehabilitation, and criminal
rehabilitation in Clearwater. This business is an anchor point
in the downtown area and example of a beautiful business. |

Hassell Florist
1679 Drew Street is located just west of Saturn Avenue. For over
47 years, Hassell Florist has been a pillar in the business community
in the City of Clearwater. They have installed new landscaping
to include different types of trees, plants, flowers, bushes, as
well as a deep well sprinkler system. Their unique decorative outdoor
umbrellas accentuate the stone craftsmanship of the building. This
business is an anchor point and example of a beautiful, well run
family business for the past 47 years. |

Sheraton Sand Key Resort
Sheraton Sand Key Resort, at 1160 Gulf Blvd., is located just
south of the Sand Key Bridge. The beauty of Mother
Nature surrounds the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Between the sparkling
waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal waterway, the
10 acres of sugar-white sand beach of Sand Key is truly a showcase
for Florida's natural beauty! The Resort has 375 sleeping rooms
as well as 15 special suites including special access accommodations.
The resort also has extensive conference facilities, with more

Thai Coconut Restaurant
Thai Coconut Restaurant is located just north of Lakeview Road
on Missouri Avenue. Eddy, owner of the Thai Coconut Restaurant,
purchased the old fast food restaurant that was in disrepair
and replaced it with an attractive new restaurant with a new
and attractive entry way. The new restaurant includes beautiful
landscaping throughout the property, irrigation system, signature
Thai accents at the front of the building, and remodeled the
entire interior to include the Thai heritage. The building also
includes new signage, and attractive night lighting. |

Liberty Bank
Liberty Bank purchased the Robbie's Pancake House restaurant
and the old single story apartment properties that were in disrepair
which were located just West of the restaurant. These buildings
were demolished and they were replaced with an architecturally
attractive new bank building complete with a convenient drive
thru access. The new two-story bank includes beautiful landscaping
throughout the property, an irrigation system, signature columns
at the front of the building and red brick constructed walls on
the exterior, which includes new signage, and attractive night
lighting. |
