The division assists neighborhoods by helping residents form Neighborhood
Associations, facilitating neighborhood meetings and block parties
and by coordinating Celebrate Clearwater Neighborhoods Day. The division also
assists citizens by referring them to the proper resources for efficient
problem resolution within their neighborhoods.
