Information Technology Director, Dan Mayer, discussed his departmental operations. Jeff Kronschnabl, Development Services Director, introduced a number of his staff members who explained the services that are provided by their department. Cyndi Tarapani, Planning Department Director, conducted a role-playing exercise where Citizen's Academy participants acted out a scenario that demonstrated how that department negotiates and solves problems. Reg Owens, Economic Development Director, introduced two key staff members and presented interesting statistics on living in Clearwater.
