Land Development Engineering

The Land Development Engineering Group of the Civil Engineering Division performs engineering reviews of proposed development projects and building permits and facilitates permits for activities within city rights-of-way. Specifically, the group provides assistance on the following:

• Residential permits for fences, swimming pools, pool enclosures and driveways.
• Right of Way Permits
• Sanitary Sewer connections and Impact Fees
• Street and Easement Vacations
• Water assessments and Impact Fees
