Engineering Department - Production

Program Description

Engineering Production is responsible for final project surveying, engineering design and drafting, landscape architecture, project bidding, and contract award. These services are provided for all Public Works capital improvement projects. In addition, the Engineering Production Division acts as an "in-house consultant" to other City departments having need of these services. Engineering Production is also responsible for management of engineering and architectural consultant contracts, preparation of presentations to the City Council and outside groups. This division is maintaining City's infrastructure records using GIS applications. This division is also performing all City survey work.
