Mission StatementOur mission is to provide quality and efficient support services for the construction, supervision and maintenance of the City's infrastructure relative to public works construction and site development and stormwater structures and facilities for the citizens and visitors of Clearwater. The Public Services Department is responsible for the City's public works construction inspection and related concerns, and the maintenance and repair of the city storm water utility system.
