Our mission is to monitor and regulate the Industrial and Food Service
Facilities' discharges on a fair and unbiased scale, and to ensure the best or
optimal performance of our wastewater facilities for the greater good of the city.
The overall Industrial Pretreatment Program is split into two subsections:
the Industrial Pretreatment Program, and
the Grease Management Program.
Both programs regulate discharges to the public sewer systems by either
Industrial Users and/or Food Service Facilities.
