Pierce Street from Fort Harrison Avenue to the Pinellas Suncoast Transportation Agency (PSTA) driveway will be closed to traffic on Saturday, March 20 from 6 to 9 a.m. Park Street can be used as a detour route. (PSTA buses can use their driveway.)

3/15/2010 - Strawberry Festival Featured at Downtown Clearwater Farmer’s Market
Strawberry crępes are the featured item at this week’s Downtown Clearwater Farmer’s Market Wednesday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the 500 and 600 blocks of Cleveland Street. The sweet treats will celebrate the Strawberry Festival at the market, one of a series of special events offered during the market’s regular season.

Moore Complex for the Under Armour Showcase, March 12 through 14 and the USF The Game Tournament, March 19 through 21. Volunteer opportunities include parking, gates, scoreboard, umpire transport, volunteer tent and field monitor.

3/11/2010 - Certification of March 9 Election Results And Post-Election Audit
The Pinellas County Canvassing Board will meet Friday, March 12, at the Election Service Center, 13001 Starkey Rd. in Largo. At 9 a.m., the Board will canvass provisional ballots, certify the March 9 Municipal Election results, and conduct a post-election test of the tabulation equipment. The Board will also draw the race and precinct for the post-election audit as required by Florida Statutes. At 2 p.m., the Board will begin the post-election audit.
