The city of Clearwater’s Planning and Development Department invites the public to a presentation of Phase One of the North Marina Master Plan Implementation Strategy.
The community meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 25 at the Francis Wilson Playhouse, 302 Seminole St., Clearwater.

1/18/2017 - Blast Friday Concert Series Returns to Downtown Clearwater

Blast Friday returns to the Cleveland Street District in Downtown Clearwater for its 7th season. This free food and craft festival kicks-off featuring a live concert starring Spyro Gyra on Friday, January 27 from 5:30 to 10 pm on the Tampa Bay Times Cleveland Street Stage. The other scheduled concerts are John Waite on February 24, Billy Joel Legends “Lords of 52nd Street” on March 31, The Fabulous Thunderbirds on April 28 and Home Cookin’ III – Greg Billings Band & The Black Honkeys on May 26. more

The event will engage volunteers to paint a sidewalk extension, paint a crosswalk, install planters and install benches along Fort Harrison Avenue. 1/12/2017 - City Offices to Close for Martin Luther King Day

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- City of Clearwater offices, libraries and recreation facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. The city's Solid Waste Department will be working, and there will be no changes to the once-a-week garbage collection schedule.

For police or fire emergencies, dial 9-1-1 as usual.
