CLEARWATER, Fla. – The City of Clearwater’s Parent Power Series will host a seminar on Special Needs Trusts for Families on Wednesday, Jan. 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ross Norton Recreation and Sports Complex, 1426 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. Professional expertise on Special Needs Trusts is provided by Travis D. Finchum, Esq. of Special Needs Lawyers, P.A.
