Clearwater, FL – The City of Clearwater’s Parks & Recreation Department is asking the community to help it win $100,000 through the PetSafe 2014 Bark for Your Park contest by casting an online vote. A win would mean additional improvements to the Phase II improvements currently underway at the regionally popular Enterprise Dog Park.

Currently, Clearwater’s dog park is behind in voting, which runs through June 7. To vote for Clearwater’s Enterprise Dog Park, visit petsafe.net/barkforyourpark or facebook.com/petsafebrand. Participants may vote once per day on the PetSafe website and once per day on the PetSafe Facebook page.

Fifteen finalists will be announced June 13. Voting will continue and the finalist city with the most votes will receive $100,000 to build a PetSafe dog park. Three runner-ups and the city with the highest percentage of votes to its population will each receive $25,000. Winners will be announced on Aug. 7.

Enterprise Dog Park is located at 2671 Enterprise Road, Clearwater. It is open from sunrise to sunset and free to the public. It includes agility equipment, walking trails, water fountains, a rinse station, benches, and waste bag dispensers.
