FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Oct. 18, 2012 Contact: Joelle Castelli (727) 562-4881 Two Referendum Questions Will Go Before Clearwater Voters on Nov. 6 CLEARWATER, Fla. - As part of the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6, Clearwater voters will be asked to decide on two referendum items: - Modifications to the City's Employee Pension Plan - Proposed Economic Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemption Program Referendum fact sheets for each ballot question are available online at www.myclearwater.com/referendum. Each fact sheet includes what a yes/no vote means, the purpose of the item, and its proposed changes. Residents can send questions and comments through the city's online Citizen Request Center, and a city administrator will provide a response. Log on to www.myclearwater.com and click on "Citizen Request Center" on the left-hand sidebar. Create a new request, and select the category, "Referendum Information."
