Clearwater Marine Aquarium to Present at Beach Library

CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Clearwater Beach Library, 69 Bay Esplanade, will host a seminar given by the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m.

The hands-on discussion will focus on the aquarium’s rescue, rehabilitation and release work with dolphins, sea turtles and other marine animals.

Topics will also include updates on current resident creatures including Winter the Dolphin of Winter’s Tale fame, information about her prosthetic tail, results of the 2012 sea turtle nesting season and marine animal artifacts such as shells and skulls.
