Traffic Delays possible during 2013 Clearwater Marathon/Halfathon

Clearwater, Fla. – Residents and visitors may experience travel delays during the 2013 Clearwater Marathon/Halfathon on Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Please allow for extra time when travelling Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, Memorial Causeway, Island Estates and the Harbor Oaks neighborhoods.

Due to the race route, there will be a temporary road closure of South Gulfview Boulevard from Hamden Drive to the Roundabout from 7:15 AM until 10:00 AM. All traffic attempting to access the Roundabout from South Clearwater Beach to travel East on the Memorial Causeway, will need to use the Belleair Causeway.
