The City of Clearwater now offers paperless utility billing. It's easy, convenient, and
environmentally friendly. After registering online, we'll notify you by e-mail each
month when your bill is ready to view online. You will have access to your bill 24
hours a day, 7 days a week from wherever you are and will be able to view past bills.

Welcome to Clearwater Customer Service!
Clearwater Customer Service (CCS) is responsible for delivering quality
services in the area of utility billing and customer support, including
customer contact (telephone and walk-in); payment processing/cashiering;
credit/collections; meter reading; and billing. CCS provides customer
service for all 7 City of Clearwater utilities (water, sewer, reclaimed
water, solid waste, recycling, stormwater, and gas - natural and propane).
Each month CCS is responsible for reading some 65,000 meters, billing
over 49,000 accounts, responding to over 9,700 customer telephone calls,
and processing some 8,100 payments by customers who come to our lobby
or drive-in facility.
