Contest a Ticket

STOP! Prior to completing and sending ONE of the following forms, all dispute requests MUST be registered within 15 calendar days of the ticket issue date by calling toll free 1-866-353-7137. Certain violations with valid documentation may be appealed administratively in lieu of Court.

ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FORMS MAY BE SUBMITTED:

• Contest a Ticket (Plea of Not Guilty and Request for Hearing Form)
• Affidavit of Defense Form (Available ONLY for Alleged Offenders who Reside Outside of Pinellas County OR those with Physical Hardships)
