City Council Meeting records generally fall under the following categories:

City Council Work Sessions are used to prepare for each upcoming evening Council meeting.  Work sessions usually are held on the Monday prior to each Council night meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers. Most work sessions begin at 1:00 p.m. While work sessions are open to the public, there is no format for public comment.

City Council Meetings usually are held on the first and third Thursday of each month in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. Citizens may speak on agenda items, or they may speak at the beginning of the meeting on items not on the agenda.
